2. Submit 2 valid IDs with 3 specimen signatures and Proof of Income, can be both Principal Buyer and Co-Borrower (may be not blood related). If 3 buyers, 2 must be blood related and 1 may not. Income should be above 60k for 2-Bedroom and 80k for 3-Bedroom unit.
