IN-HOUSE:

1. Fill out Buyer’s Loan Application, Undertaking, & Option Agreement.
2. Submit 2 valid IDs with 3 specimen signatures and Proof of Income, can be both Principal Buyer and Co-Borrower (may be not blood related). If 3 buyers, 2 must be blood related and 1 may not. Income should be above 60k for 2-Bedroom and 80k for 3-Bedroom unit.
3. Pay the 10K reservation and wait for 8990 Personnel online interview. If approved, the client may pay the full 20K plus equity and submit the remaining required documents. Client will wait for unit inspection.

PAG IBIG (P10,000 DOWN-PAYMENT):
