A Major Township Development Takes Shape in Liloan
Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) is set to undertake another landmark development with the planned creation of a massive integrated township in Liloan, Cebu, spanning more than three barangays. This project forms part of CLI’s continued expansion across Cebu and reinforces its long-term commitment to well-planned, sustainable urban growth in the province.
The development plan was formally revealed by CLI Chief Operating Officer Jose Franco Soberano during the second day of the Cebu International Investment Summit, held at the Cebu Provincial Capitol.

During a forum titled “Sustainable, Resilient, and Investable Cebu,” Soberano shared CLI’s broader roadmap, highlighting how the Liloan township aligns with the company’s vision of creating inclusive, future-ready communities. The township is envisioned to support both residential and economic activity, contributing to balanced urban development beyond Metro Cebu.
10,000 Homes Targeted Across Cebu
In addition to the Liloan township, CLI announced its goal to construct 10,000 housing units within the year across various local government units in Cebu. This initiative underscores the company’s focus on addressing the growing demand for quality housing while supporting local development goals.
